Mr. Wilson started in the financial services industry in 1986 as a financial advisor with Edward Jones. He built a successful practice for 12 years, which eventually led to sales and management roles with Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and UBS. In his most recent role, he worked as a Complex Director, opening and developing offices throughout Southern California and Colorado. He is responsible for the Southern California Market at Washington Wealth Management and has a passion to develop a world-class wealth management platform that is advisor centric, client focused and driven with an entrepreneurial mindset. Mr. Wilson is a graduate of Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana, with a bachelors in Business Administration and Accounting. He is based in San Diego where he lives with his 3 children.

Mr. Ferrante got his start in the industry as an independent floor trader at the Chicago Board of Trade, trading 30-yr US Treasury Bond Futures for 12 years. He then moved into an advisor role with Wachovia Securities, where he became the Branch Manager and First Vice President of the firm’s Park City, Utah office. Most recently Mr. Ferrante was the Branch Manager for Morgan Stanley’s Palm Desert, California office and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney’s San Diego, California office. Mr. Ferrante has a B.S. from Colorado State University.

Mr. Allen has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has held Financial Advisor and Branch management positions at EF Hutton, Shearson, and Merrill Lynch, in addition to Wealth Management Partners in Tucson, AZ. Most recently Mr. Allen was Financial Advisor & Branch Manager for Morgan Stanley in Rancho Santa Fe, CA.
