Mr. Lapides has been involved in entrepreneurial ventures since 1991. With nearly 15 years in financial services, he served 12 years at Merrill Lynch building a successful planning-based investment advisory practice, as well as serving in a wide range of local, regional and national leadership roles in both the domestic and international markets. Mr. Lapides recently sat on the executive team of a private bank in Florida and ran the bank’s wealth management business. He is currently responsible for the development of the Washington Wealth Management network in South Florida.

Mr. Lapides has served as a strategic thinker, worked closely with top advisors to help them most effectively build and grow successful practices, successfully launched new businesses, recruited talent, and handled operational and compliance responsibilities. A graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelors of Science in Economics, he is a Certified Financial Planner™ and maintains multiple FINRA licenses.

Mr. Lapides is based in Miami, FL where he lives with his wife and young child.
