At Washington Wealth Management we are make all of this full transparant, laying it all out for you here:
- SEC FORM ADV 1: An investment advisor that manages $25 million or more in client assets must register with the SEC. The Form ADV 1 covers education, business experience and any disciplinary history for the firm, and will also cover advisor fees and investment strategy. Click here to view our Form ADV Part 1.
- SEC FORM ADV 2: SEC and similar state rules required an investment advisor to provide clients and prospective clients a brochure disclosing information about the firm.
